Waterproof Coatings for Roofs

SEAL is well known for the provision of the latest water resistant and waterproof coatings regionally. From Silicone and SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene) to acrylic elastomeric coatings we have the product to fit the surface. Below are a few and there best surfaces and benefits:

Silicone : Best over membrane, SPF and other composite surfaces. Benefit: Water resistant, certified to collect runoff water for drinking, and highly reflective almost 0 heat absorbency.

SEBS: Best over metal, slab with no moisture and reduced mechanical cooling below. Water proof. Highly reflective, hard usage surface and low heat absorbency.

Elastomeric and Acrylic (roof compounds) Coatings: Best over concrete and most other surfaces. Our Roof compound has a high solids ratio hence it wears longer than the typically sold compounds. Water resistant, highly reflective and a cost-effective solution over the medium term.

SEAL has several other complementary products that they add to any of the above to make them more effective including polyester fibres, fore retardants and fabric for joints and overlaps.
